Burien Elks ‘Dinner for a Cause’ fundraiser will benefit Burien CARES Thursday night, April 16

The Burien Elks Lodge will host a community fundraiser next Thursday evening, April 16, to benefit Burien CARES, offering a low cost dinner and activities to support local animal welfare efforts.

According to event organizers, the “Dinner for a Cause” will run from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Burien Elks Lodge, located at 14006 First Ave. South (map below).

Meals are priced at $20 per person, with proceeds going to Burien CARES.

The event will feature baked pasta, garlic bread and salad, along with raffle tickets available for $1 each and prize opportunities for attendees.

Organizers also noted that special four-legged guests are expected to attend.

The fundraiser is intended to bring together community members who want to support animal care services while enjoying a shared meal.
