King County will hold seventh free Burien Repair Event at City Hall/Library on Wednesday, Mar. 19
March 19 @ 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

A King County free community repair event will be held in the multipurpose room at the Burien City Hall/Library on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, from 3–6 p.m.
Sponsored by KING COUNTY REPAIR EVENTS PROGRAM.
At this free community repair event in the Burien City Hall/Library main meeting room, our skilled volunteer “fixers” will try to repair and mend many types of small household and personal items, including: electronics; toys; tools; small furniture, such as chairs or drawers; clothing; other textiles; and much more!
First-come, first-served (for people’s first items only), as fixers are available. For second items, we’ll try to get to those after we’ve worked on everyone’s first items.
If you’re not sure if your item is a good choice for these events (there are some kinds of items we’re not able to work on), or if you have other questions, contact event coordinator Tom at tom.watson@kingcounty.gov or at 206-477-4481, or by commenting on the Facebook event page.
Also visit www.KingCounty.gov/repair-events for all the details about the King County repair events program, including this event.
This program has held 87 repair events since it began in 2016, including six events in Burien. This fun KING5 TV Evening Magazine segment featured the March, 2023, repair event at the Burien Library.
Event sponsored by King County Solid Waste Division and King County Library System.
