Screening mammogram event set for Monday, Aug. 3 in Burien
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health will host a screening mammogram event Monday, Aug. 3, at Franciscan Medical Pavilion in Burien, according to an event flyer.
The event will be held at the Franciscan Medical Pavilion, 16045 First Ave. S., Burien (map below).
Screening mammograms are available for women ages 40-74.
The event is open to women who may be uninsured or medically underserved. For patients with insurance, insurance will be billed, according to Virginia Mason Franciscan Health.
Organizer say there will be no out of pocket expense.
Appointments Required
Appointments are required, and walk-ins will not be accepted. To schedule an appointment and receive instructions, call 844-741-2722 and select option 3.
No doctor referral is necessary for a screening mammogram.
