‘Taste of Burien’ on SW 152nd Street is Wednesday May 21

Food lovers can sample some of Burien’s best local restaurants when “Taste of Burien” comes to SW 152nd Street on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

Hosted by Discover Burien, the popular self-guided tasting event invites participants to stroll downtown, meet chefs, and enjoy small bites from local favorites.

Tickets are $40 and include tastings at each participating restaurant, with additional tasting tokens available for purchase.

“This popular self-guided tasting event lets you explore Burien’s best local restaurants at your own pace — sampling bites, meeting chefs, and soaking in the lively atmosphere,” organizers said.

Check-in begins at Discover Burien headquarters, 611 SW 152nd Street, where participants will receive tasting maps to guide their culinary adventure.

The event is open to all ages, and organizers encourage early ticket purchases as the event typically sells out.
