From our sister site The White Center Blog:

On Tuesday, Mar. 3, 2020, King County moved the first of 14 modular units to house patients for treatment and isolation in response to the coronavirus at a site located in White Center.

The site is reportedly at 206 SW 112th Street in the Top Hat neighborhood (map below).

The county says that these units were previously in storage, and its Facilities Management Division has been cleaning and preparing them for use on site.

No coronavirus patients are currently occupying the modular units. However, “we expect all the units to be available by the end of the week,” the county said.

Installation will be phased in as sites are prepared, and hookups for water, sewer and electricity become available.

Portable hand-washing stations and restrooms will be provided until permanent facilities are installed.
