The Highline Schools Foundation will host its annual Winter Warm Up Dinner and Auction on Friday night, Nov. 14, at The Cove in Normandy Park, with proceeds supporting programs that provide essential resources for local students and families.

The benefit begins at 6 p.m. and will feature a silent and live auction, dinner, raffles, and other activities.

Organizers encourage guests to dress for a “winter cabin getaway” theme, reminding attendees to “bundle up and bid big” in support of Highline students.

Funds raised from the event will go toward basic needs programs, including winter coats, shoes, nutrition, and other services for students and families across the district.

In addition to financial contributions, attendees are asked to bring new or gently used coats for donation. The coat drive is hosted in partnership with the Rotary Club of Des Moines and Normandy Park to help local students prepare for the cold season.

Sponsorship opportunities for the event begin at $500 and include marketing benefits as well as tickets to the dinner. Community members can also donate items or experiences to be auctioned.

The Winter Warm Up Dinner and Auction is one of the Highline Schools Foundation’s signature fundraising events, drawing wide community support each year.
