Aya Yoga in Burien will host a special Gratitude Flow class on Thanksgiving Day morning – Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025 – beginning at 9:30 a.m.
The 90-minute, donation-based session is open to students of all yoga levels and will take place in the studio’s Main Studio space in Downtown Burien (map below).
The class is designed as a slow flow practice focused on cultivating gratitude, grounding and reflection.
Participants are invited to deepen their connection with body and mind while creating space to acknowledge the abundance in their lives.
All proceeds from the session will be donated to Real Rent Duwamish, supporting Duwamish Tribal Services and honoring the Indigenous land on which the community gathers.
Aya Yoga suggests a $25 donation per person, with cash accepted in studio on the day of the event.
As of Monday, Nov. 17, 24 spots remain.
