The Shark Garden in Burien is seeking volunteer groups for spring and early summer work parties, inviting businesses, community organizations and residents to spend a few hours helping in the garden.
Organizers said they are now booking volunteer parties for the upcoming season and can accommodate groups of up to about 25 people at a time.
Groups may include work teams, friends, families, garden clubs, students or other organizations. Most volunteer groups participate on Fridays, though additional days between Tuesday and Friday may be available, according to The Shark Garden.
