The Highline Heritage Museum will host a special concert celebrating women in music this Saturday, March 14 at 2 p.m., featuring a performance by the Highline High School Orchestra.

According to organizers, the “Women in Music Concert” will highlight music connected to women performers and composers as part of Women’s Month celebrations.

The concert will take place at the museum in Burien (map below).

The event is presented by the Highline Heritage Museum in partnership with the Highline High School orchestra program and the 4Culture.

Organizers say the concert will showcase the talents of student musicians while celebrating the influence and achievements of women in music.
