Burien Elks Lodge No. 2143 will host a “dinner for a cause” fundraiser on Thursday, Sept. 17 to benefit the Highline Schools Foundation, according to an event flyer.
The “dinner for a cause” event will run from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Burien Elks (map below).

The fundraiser will support the Highline Schools Foundation, which backs students, teachers and staff in Highline Public Schools.
“Highline Schools Foundation unites community support for innovative and equitable learning in Highline Public Schools,” the flyer said.
The event will also include raffle tickets, with 20 tickets available for $1 and prizes offered, according to the flyer.
The flyer thanks community members who support public education and Highline Public Schools.
“You are making a HUGE difference,” the flyer said.
