The Highline Schools Foundation and Waskowitz are seeking community sponsors for the second annual “Wake Up with Waskowitz” Breakfast Fundraiser, set for Sunday, Sept. 13.

The annual breakfast – which will run from 9–11 a.m. – fundraiser supports expanded access to outdoor education experiences for students.

Organizers said sponsorships help provide outdoor learning opportunities intended to inspire curiosity, build confidence and connect students with nature.

“Together, we can ensure every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in the outdoors,” organizers said.

Sponsors will receive recognition before, during and after the event, including in digital and print materials, on the foundation’s website, in emails, on social media and during the event.

Sponsorship Levels:

  • Douglas Fir at $5,000
  • Cedar at $2,500
  • Big Leaf Maple at $1,000
  • Salal at $500

The Douglas Fir sponsorship includes a tiny home rental for three days and two nights, recognition in digital and print materials, sponsor mentions on the website, emails and social media posts, event day recognition and eight free event tickets.

The Cedar sponsorship includes recognition in digital and print materials, sponsor mentions on the website, emails and social media posts, event day recognition and six free event tickets.

The Big Leaf Maple sponsorship includes recognition in digital and print materials, sponsor mentions on the website, emails and social media posts, event day recognition and four free event tickets.

The Salal sponsorship includes recognition in digital and print materials, sponsor mentions on the website, emails and social media posts, event day recognition and two free event tickets.
