The Rotary Club of Burien & White Center will collect diapers and other essentials for WestSide Baby from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Thursday, Aug. 13, at the community booth at the Burien Farmer’s Market.

WestSide Baby will join the club at the booth, where residents can learn more about supporting the organization and drop off diaper donations.

“Every child deserves a safe start,” the club said in a flyer promoting the effort. “Help us provide essentials for babies and children in need across Greater Seattle.”

The club said people can support WestSide Baby in three ways:

  • Scan a QR code (on the graphic below) to donate most needed items
  • Bring diapers and other items to the collection bin at the market
  • Scan a QR code to donate directly to WestSide Baby

The Burien Farmer’s Market community booth will be marked with a Rotary sign.

How to Help

The club also invited residents to volunteer at White Center Food Bank from Noon to 2 p.m. Thursday. Volunteers are asked to register in advance at cerv.is/0074gxkx3sz.
