Two more people were arrested and booked into jail after a Burien deputy spotted them smoking from a meth vapor bong during an area check Tuesday evening, Sept. 30, 2025, according to the Burien Police Department.

If this story sounds familiar, it’s because it was the second such arrest made Tuesday (read our coverage of the other bust here).

Deputies detained the pair on suspicion of drug use and verified their identities.

Police said one person had a felony warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle issued by the King County Sheriff’s Office.

The second person had multiple misdemeanor warrants, including theft and possession of controlled substances.

The Burien Police Department said both individuals are repeat offenders with multiple felony convictions.

No additional details about the individuals or the arrests were released.

  1. Great news, make all the addicts nervous about using in Burien and while in jail they will get talked to about a way up and out of addiction so it’s a win win.

  2. Not to mention how the restaurant employees feel walking out late at night(alone at times) not knowing if a person is high or not and if they might have bad intentions… That place was opened too fast without much consideration for the community. And then the city/council ties the hands of police so they can’t do their jobs when called…. And with this place being so contaminated with drug use, how much will it cost the residents of Burien/King County to reopen?? The county AND city really screwed up on this!!
