Casa Italiana – Italian Cultural Center in Burien will host a holiday Chestnut Roast and Bake Sale this Saturday, Dec. 6, beginning at 9:30 a.m. and running until items are sold out, according to an announcement from the center.
The event, billed as a Buon Natale celebration, will feature baked goods provided by community members and chestnuts freshly roasted at Casa Italiana.
Santa will be available for photos starting at 11 a.m., the center said.
The chestnut roast and bake sale will take place at Casa Italiana, located at 13028 First Avenue South in Burien (map below).
Residents who want to contribute baked goods for sale are invited to sign up through the center.
