The City of Burien will host a City Chat with Finance on Tuesday, Oct. 14, offering treats and a one-hour overview of the city’s budget process, public safety levy and financial reporting, according to the City of Burien.

The event runs from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Burien Library Multipurpose Room (map below).

Finance Department staff will meet with attendees and answer questions about city finances, the city said.

The session is part of the City Chat series and is designed to help residents better understand how Burien manages public funds and prepares its budget, according to the city.
