The Shark Garden hosting Fall Open House and Fundraiser on Saturday, Sept. 7

Burien’s Shark Garden will hold its annual Fall Open House and Fundraiser on Saturday, Sept. 7, from Noon to 3 p.m. at their garden at 614 SW 120th Street (map below).

The event will feature a bake sale along with a variety of items for purchase, including jams, jellies, herb salts, dried herbs, plants, baked goods, and art.

They also have over 100 varieties of berries in the garden, which they use to make some very interesting jams.

This year they will also have a raffle with very nice prizes from local nurseries, fine dining restaurants and much more.

The Garden Hotline will be there as well to answer gardening questions.

The event is free and open to the public, with free parking available along SW 120th Street.

Proceeds will support Shark Garden’s community programs.
