Sit down with Dave Hinshaw for 15 minutes and you may feel like you’ve just met a new friend for life. With a warm sense of humor and a decidedly open demeanor he’s easy to talk with and build common ground.

Exuding high energy and a focus on personal relationships with his clients, it’s clear he really enjoys what he’s doing. After acquiring his Broker’s license about a year ago, Dave decided that his guiding principles would be to develop longstanding relationships, built on educating and centering his clients. Whether they be first-time buyers, sellers or move-up clients, their satisfaction is his goal.

“I was raised to value a heart of service and over time have developed the spirit of an entrepreneur,” he told The B-Town Blog. “I watched my single mom work hard and learned the value of perseverance and optimism. She was my biggest supporter and inspiration. My gratitude for her is endless.”

As a Burien resident since 2018, Hinshaw is enthusiastic about the south end, and an avid community volunteer particularly in the areas of economic development.

When he’s not spending time with his spouse, he’s chasing their chickens and two dogs on his farm style property in Boulevard Park.

Or making artisanal ice cream marketed as Dianne’s Dreamy Delights, carrying his mother’s namesake.

With the new interest rate cuts announced by the Federal Reserve, this could be the time to explore your home buying dreams. To pessimistic buyers he says “let’s find some programs! There are more possibilities than you may think.”

He’s always ready to give no obligation consultations where you can discover what your home is worth, or what you may be able to acquire in today’s market.

Give him a call, shoot him a text or email and get ready to meet your partner in real estate success.

One thing is for sure, it will be a meeting you will never forget!
