Merrill Gardens in Burien (a longtime B-Town Blog advertiser) will host a public holiday bazaar on Thursday, Dec. 11, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., offering live music, seasonal treats and shopping with local vendors, and all are invited.
The event will take place at Merrill Gardens, 15020 5th Ave SW in Burien (map below), and is open to the public.
The invitation encourages residents and neighbors to bring friends and “join us for an afternoon of holiday cheer.”
Organizers say several booths will be set up so visitors can browse handmade crafts, jewelry, baked goods, holiday decor and other unique gifts made or shared by local vendors.
Merrill Gardens Burien offers independent living, assisted living and memory care services and is promoting the bazaar as a way for the wider community to celebrate the season with residents and staff.
“We hope you can join us,” organizers said.
