  1. I have a complaint, I live at 11814-5th ave. so. and from what I have read, everything east of first ave. is single family homes. Did you change that. Down the road from me on forth place so., they are building a quadraplex. Yes, that is right, a four family quadraplex is being built and we were not ask or told about this. So, Burien just does what ever it pleases any time it wants. This is the second time Burien has bullied it’s way into our neighborhood.
