Business and community leaders from across south King County will be recognized during the Feb. 24, 2026 Southside Business Awards Night, an annual event highlighting leadership, innovation and impact in the Seattle Southside region.

The event – set at the Marriott SeaTac on Tuesday night, Feb. 24 from 5–7 p.m. – is presented by the Seattle Southside Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Explore Seattle Southside.

Organizers describe the evening as a signature gathering that brings together businesses, nonprofits and community members from south King County.

Awards will be presented across three programs:

  • The Seattle Southside Leadership Awards honor leadership and community impact across business and nonprofit categories and are presented by the Seattle Southside Chamber of Commerce.
  • Hospitality Heroes, presented by Explore Seattle Southside, recognizes individuals and teams working behind the scenes to create welcoming experiences for visitors and residents.
  • Best of Seattle Southside honors food and beverage businesses for culinary excellence in Des Moines, SeaTac and Tukwila.

The awards night is open to those being recognized, supporters of local businesses and community members interested in the future of the region.

“Join us in honoring those who are shaping the future of the Southside,” organizers said.

The event will be held at the Marriott SeaTac, located at 3201 South 176th Street (map below).
