Local nonprofit Transform Burien is continuing its ongoing weekly services that provide hot meals, clothing and food assistance to community members in need throughout February and beyond.

According to Transform Burien, free services are offered multiple days each week at its location, with no appointment required.

The organization serves individuals and families facing food insecurity and other immediate needs in the Highline area.

Transform Burien provides hot meals, clothing and food bank services on Sundays from 3 to 5 p.m. and Wednesdays from 12 to 2 p.m. A hot meal is also offered Fridays from 12 to 2 p.m.  

The nonprofit operates out of its facility at 15623 Des Moines Memorial Drive South (map below), which is accessible by King County Metro routes including the F Line, 161 and 206.
