Great wines for the whole day, from appetizers to the main dishes. Come try gems from around the world & Pacific NW to find just the right ones to make your holiday events special!

Bubbles – Bertolani Rosato, Italy
This dry, sparkling Rosé is a well made wine that also is a lot of fun. A light red cherry color with a fragrant aroma and a wonderful combination of fruit and acidity. A perfect wine for all of the appetizers as you wait for the turkey, though it is solid enough that you could serve with the main meal as well.

White – Wautoma Springs Sauv Blanc – Columbia Valley, WA
This is a delicious Washington white that appeals to both domestic and import drinkers due to its balance and finesse at a great price. Aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit and lime zest, followed by bright fruitiness and a great mineral, acid balance on the finish. A versatile wine!

White – Dom. Haut Bourg “Origine” – Loire, France
This is a great chance to try something unique and special. The best barrels of the best vineyard of the best years left Sur Lie in the cellar 5+ years just miles from the Atlantic. Rich, saline, mineral, citrus, incredible! This is a white wine that can handle all that Thanksgiving dinner throws at your palette.

Red – Evesham Wood “Eola Amity Hills CuvĂ©e” Pinot Noir – Willamette Valley, OR
Fall is Pinot Noir season and no meal more than Thanksgiving embraces the food friendliness of this classy varietal. True to type this wine is highlighted by red and black cherry, subtle black tea notes, cranberry and some spice on the finish. This is a beautiful wine and a great value for an Oregon Pinot.

Red – Naches Heights Vineyards “Syrah”- Naches Heights, WA
This versatile variety needs no introduction and can step in to cover your guests that won’t be happy unless they have a big red at the table. Small batch, high elevation, balanced red from west of Yakima! Dark berry flavors, spicy pepper and a long silky finish are balanced with a hint of acid and some grippy tannins. A very enjoyable wine at a great price!

*** “Wine Cellar” *** – Ask about some alternates that will be available for sale but not to taste. This is a small collection of tried and true wines that have done well at other tastings and offer other varietals and great closeout deals.
