The Highline Heritage Museum will host a free community letter writing workshop led by artist and writer Anna Sullivan on Saturday, Nov. 15, from 2 to 4 p.m.

The event, part of the “With Love, Burien” community mailbox letter-writing project, invites participants to craft handwritten letters inspired by local themes and personal reflections.

Sullivan, a North Bend-based artist known for her work combining poetry, art, yoga, and community connection, will guide attendees through prompts designed to inspire authenticity and reflection.

Letters created during the session may be featured in an upcoming exhibition at the museum in early January.

The workshop emphasizes slowing down, stepping away from screens, and rediscovering the art of personal communication.

The event will be held at the Highline Heritage Museum, located at 819 SW 152nd St. in downtown Burien.

Admission is FREE, and all are welcome.

The “With Love, Burien” project is presented in partnership with Burien Arts Association, 4Culture, and ArtsWA.
