Burien Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services announced that the fountain at Burien Town Square Park will reopen for the summer season this Saturday, May 23.

According to Burien Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services, the fountain will operate seven days a week from Noon to 6 p.m. through Labor Day weekend.

The high for Saturday in Burien is predicted to be 73 under partly sunny skies, according to the National Weather Service.

The fountain at Town Square Park is a popular seasonal attraction for local families and children of all ages during the warmer months.

City officials shared the announcement on Facebook Friday as South King County communities prepare for increased outdoor recreation activity heading into the Memorial Day weekend and summer season.
