According to materials released by the Burien Police Department and the City of Burien, the annual event is designed to help residents meet neighbors along with local police officers, firefighters and city staff while building stronger community relationships.

The event is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 4, and residents interested in participating are asked to register by July 17.
