Burien residents are invited to take part in National Night Out events across the city tonight – Tuesday, Aug. 4 – with 24 neighborhood gatherings planned at homes, apartment communities, parks and local businesses.
The Burien Police Department and King County Sheriff’s Office provided a map of local National Night Out locations to The B-Town Blog for Tuesday evening.
National Night Out is an annual community event intended to strengthen relationships among neighbors and between residents and public safety agencies.
Events are planned at the following public locations, along with around 24 private ones:
- Town Square Park, 400 SW 152nd Street, 5 to 7 p.m.
- Candlewood Condos, 15900 Third Place SW, 6 to 8 p.m.
- Kids Country, 14400 Ambaum Blvd. SW, 5 to 7 p.m.
