The Burien Elks Lodge will host its annual Classy Chassis Car Show on Sunday, Aug. 23, bringing together classic cars, hot rods and custom vehicles for a day of community fun.
The show will be held from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Burien Elks Lodge No. 2143, located at 14006 First Ave. S. in Burien (map below).
The event will feature displays of classic cars, hot rods and custom vehicles, along with food, drinks and activities open to the public.
Organizers are inviting residents to “come admire an amazing collection of classic and custom vehicles, meet fellow car enthusiasts, and enjoy a fun day at the Elks Lodge.”
Vehicle registration is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. The car show will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with awards to be presented at 2:30 p.m.
Vehicle registration costs $10, with proceeds benefiting the Burien Elks. The poster notes that registration includes a dash plaque, food ticket and the opportunity to add a new show entry.
The Burien Elks describe the event as an opportunity for “great people and community fun” while celebrating a shared appreciation for classic automobiles and custom builds.
