The Burien City Council will tackle several planning issues during its meeting on Monday, June 29, including proposed changes to the city’s Comprehensive Plan, a new zoning framework for neighborhoods north of the Northeast Redevelopment Area, updated transportation impact fees and a proposed moratorium on new data centers.
