REMINDER: Burien’s Music in the Park concert series continues at Lake Burien School Memorial Park this Thursday night, Aug. 6, with cover tunes from The Fabulous Murphtones.
“The Fabulous Murphtones play a diverse mix of popular dance, rock, classic rock, and old school music drawing on hits from the 60’s through the 90’s and performing current rock hits of upcoming artists, along with a refreshing selection of material not often played by other bands,” according to their website.
The FREE concert series will run from 6:30–8 p.m. every Thursday through Aug. 20 at Lake Burien School Memorial Park (map below).
The food truck this week will be Little Chicken Burger.
Only three concerts remain, so grab a blanket, bring a friend and soak up some FREE summer music while you still can.
In the Event of Rain
Organizers advise attendees that in the event of rain, concerts may be relocated. Information about weather-related changes will be available by calling 206-988-3700 after 5 p.m. on concert days.
