Enjoy 90-minutes of heart-pounding art reflecting life, in “Pipeline,” a new production at Acts On Stage’s White Center theater that tells the story of a family’s desperate crusade to escape systems designed to break them down while calling on the power of love to build them back up again.

As the 2018 Obie Award Winner for Playwriting, Dominique Morriseau tells the story of an inner-city public school teacher who is committed to her students but desperate to rescue her son from a system she knows isn’t meant for him to thrive. Meanwhile, the shadows of mismanaged relationships are hard to miss and impossible to ignore!

Acts On Stage theater presents this masterpiece for eight shows, from Friday, March 31 through Sunday, April 9, 2023.

It is directed by Isiah Anderson, Jr. and features the incredible ensemble talents of local actors – Rosa Nicole Booker, Joshua Webb, Dairyona Thompson, Stacie Latimer, Jeremy Rubin, and Jeffrey L. Cheatham II.

Acts On Stage is a community theater (opened in July 2020) committed to centering the voices, talents, and initiatives of People of Color and Creatives of Faith.
