Brush It Off Seattle is inviting teens to sign up for a weeklong Teen Art Camp in July that will offer hands on instruction across multiple art mediums.

The camp is scheduled for July 6 – 10, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day at the Brush It Off Seattle pottery studio at 10858 2nd Ave. SW (map below).

The camp is open to teens ages 13–19, and welcomes all experience levels.

All materials will be provided, and class sizes are small.

Classes will cover clay, pottery painting, fabric, watercolors, canvas and other projects.

Brush It Off  is also offering Summer camps for children age 8-12 later in July. Two different sessions are offered July 13-July 17 and July 20-July 24, 2026. Camps will run from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. The camps offer kids with all levels of experience the opportunity to nurture a discovery of art.

Brush It Off Seattle also offers popular private parties and classes. Guests get to choose exactly what they want to paint and are provided all the brushes paints and supplies to create their treasured piece.

Once their projects are created, owners Connie and Chris fire the pieces in their kiln, ensuring that they turn out to their best result, creating a cherished memory for years to come. You’ll return to pick up your treasures within about a week.

Chris and Connie take pride in creating warm hospitality by encouraging guests to bring their desired refreshments and choose their favorite music to accompany their private painting session. They also share techniques and advice to bring out their guests best skills. Want to keep it simple? Warm and cold beverages are provided complimentary to enjoy during your session.

The gracious couple have long nurtured creative careers. Chris as a builder (Yes! That’s really creative!) and Connie as a High School Spanish teacher and long time ceramics painter along with other art pursuits. Now they are creating their second act by pursuing their creative side full on in this local small business serving Seattle, Burien, White Center, Normandy Park and beyond.

As one of the only ceramics painting studios in our area, Chris and Connie present something unique.  Teens are sure to enjoy their upcoming teen summer camps. Art is a great way to keep you teen busy and engaged over the summertime. They can meet like-minded friends, or gather their own group of makers to paint and bond together.
