From Burien Police / King County Sheriff’s Office:

On Monday, May 4, 2020, Burien Police Officer Hayden was in the parking lot of Moshier Field and saw a vehicle parked suspiciously.

He contacted the driver and noticed the man had a gun on his hip.

Officer Hayden then learned the driver was a convicted felon and unable to possess a firearm.

Additional officers came to support Hayden and soon discovered the car was full of property stolen during a burglary at a Burien business Sunday night.

The man was arrested and given a ride to the King County Jail for his crimes.

This cart of evidence in the photo below is just some of the business owner’s property that was recovered Monday, and will be returned to its rightful owner.
