Oral arguments for the City of Burien’s case against the Federal Aviation Administration will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2019, at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in downtown Seattle.

The Quiet Skies Coalition board will be present, and they invite residents to attend.

“Please keep in mind that the court will issue no decision next week, and that it may take several months before we find out how the judges decide,” Larry Cripe, Quiet Skies President, said in a statement. “I’ll notify you all immediately after the court hands down its decision.”

“Vive la Révolution!” Cripe added.

The hearing will start at 9 a.m. at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, William K. Nakamura U.S. Courthouse, SE 7th Floor, Courtroom 2, 1010 Fifth Avenue, Seattle WA 98104:
