Celebrate Valentine’s Day early with an enchanting evening of music as the Northwest Symphony Orchestra (NWSO) presents its annual “Valentine’s Concert” on Friday, Feb. 7, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. at the Highline Performing Arts Center.
Anthony Spain, Music Director, will conduct a mix of classical favorites and a world premiere composition.
The concert will open with the debut of One Happy Overture by composer Huntley Beyer.
The program also includes Telemann’s Viola Concerto in G Major performed by Mason Nguyen, a Key to Change student soloist, alongside works by Elgar (Chanson de Nuit), Grieg (Wedding Day at Troldhaugen), and Brahms (Symphony No. 3).
