Discover Burien’s annual Cinco de Mayo Party in the Park is set for Monday, May 5, 2025, bringing an evening full of food, music, and cultural celebration to Burien Town Square.

The free, family-friendly event will run from 4 to 10 p.m. at Burien Town Square, transforming the heart of downtown into a vibrant outdoor fiesta.

Attendees can expect a variety of activities, including a salsa contest, live music, a beer garden, and the long-awaited Taco Crawl Winner Reveal, where the title of “Best Taco in Town” will be announced.

The festival will also feature Mexican-inspired food vendors and opportunities to relax or dance the night away.

“Whether you’re a salsa dancer, taco fanatic, or tequila taster – there’s something for everyone at this festive celebration,” organizers said.

Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, dancing shoes, and their appetite.

While the event is free to attend, fees will apply for food and drink purchases.
