* Unhoused people not welcome
Has anyone else almost completely lost their sense of belonging to the Burien community after what the Mayor, City Manager and Council have put us through? I don’t think I understand what kind of “community” they think they are building, but it’s not an inclusive/diverse one.
Yes I do. I am extremely embarrassed of being from Burien. So I say I’m from West Seattle. Can’t go wrong with Alki beach!
Are we suppose to care I mean I don’t know you personally you could just be someone trying to troll a internet web site . To seek attention for your self nor do I give rats behind on your wack job ideas no matter what the city does or does not do . Your going to complain just like the other people on here .
It’s the county not the city, its Dow Constantine and his crownies who have cause the problems by not following Buriens City Laws, it’s Dow who put those homeless camps here especially the one in front of city hall, stop blaming the city.
Burien is not a diverse community? You had better check the latest census reports. Not to mention look at the city council and past mayor. Burien is full on diversityville. You can say a lot about Burien but one thing you cannot say is Burien is not diverse.
