The 2026 Highline High School Alumni Foundation Golf Day raised $14,000 for scholarships – and featured a hole-in-one winner who will pocket the big prize of $25,000!

Some 104 golfers attended the annual fundraiser event.

Dustin Lagos, a 2007 HHS graduate, knocked in the hole-in-one on the 152-yard, 14th hole at Auburn Golf Course. The Foundation purchased hole-in-one insurance, so the prize payout will not impact the organization.

“We’re thankful for the turnout and the great results of a fun day of golf,” said Alumni Foundation President Jeff Ashley.

Next year’s event will be held Friday, Aug. 20, 2027, again at the Auburn Golf Course.
