Burien’s Travis Thompson – aka ‘Just a Kid from Ambaum’ – announced on Tuesday, Feb. 12 that he has signed with Epic Records.
The ‘AMBAUM’ rap star first came to our attention when he was a finalist at EMP’s ‘Sound Off’ competition just three years ago, in Feb., 2016.
“I’m excited to announce a new era of my life,” he said in a statement. “Got a lot more to show y’all. Still Ambaum Forever. But ready for this new journey with Epic Records. Thanks to everyone who’s helped get us here.”
