The house was packed on Thursday afternoon (Oct. 1) for the Grand Reopening of The House of Excellence, a luxury branch of Keller Williams Real Estate.
Agents and community members gathered to enjoy the delicious catering from Classic Eats and celebrate the renewed commitment of Keller Williams Luxury to serve homebuyers and sellers throughout the Burien community and greater Puget Sound region.
In her remarks before the ribbon cutting, co-owner Pam Ranch emphasized her hopes for the new office, stating:
“We’ve put a lot of intention into this space, and we really wanted it to have a solid purpose within the community [of Burien]. We wanted that space to represent excellence.
“We want this space to be where excellence is expected, and more importantly, it’s where relationships matter. Where we collaborate and where agents have the support to step into rooms and opportunities they may have thought were not available to them. […] Today, we celebrate the beginning of a new chapter here.”
Broker Stuart Steadman echoed Ranch’s enthusiasm in his own remarks about his goals for Keller Williams Luxury:
