These individuals will serve as Vice Presidents of Brokerage, implementing strategies to support growth and provide enhanced services to broker partners, branch leaders, and staff.
Tay Krull, a licensed real estate professional since 2002 and currently serves as the Designated Broker in Washington, has accepted the elevated role of Vice President of Brokerage. Krull has played an integral role in various capacities within the leadership team, most recently serving as General Sales Manager.
Melanie Weidenbach, CEO, expressed her enthusiasm:

In addition to Krull, the organization is excited to welcome back David Stribling II as the second Vice President of Brokerage. Stribling, a leader within BHHS Real Estate Professionals from 2006 to 2021, brings an impressive 30 years of real estate experience to the role. As a Principal Broker in Oregon, he most recently served as Director of Development and a Regional Manager for Oregon and Washington at RE/MAX Integrity/Northwest. Weidenbach stated:

Both Krull and Stribling will collaborate closely with Weidenbach and fellow leadership team members and brokers to drive key strategies and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to their broker partners. Their focus on continuous improvement and growth, coupled with real estate and business acumen, will contribute to the organization’s ongoing success.
