Centro has a diverse offering of brunch classics such as French Toast served with a seasonal fruit topping and a delectable dulce de leche mousse on the side, or “The Stack,” a layering of perfectly seasoned roasted potatoes, habanero crema, pico de gallo, crispy onion with the option to add meat or egg protein, or keep it vegan and still enjoy a burst of savory flavor.

To accompany your food selection, Centro offers an array of beverages such as Horchata Cold Brew, nitro cold brew coffee topped with house-made vegan oat milk Horchata.
