Join the Environmental Science Center and Sugarcane Yoga this Sunday, Aug. 23 for the last of ESC’S Outdoor Yoga summer series.

This is an all levels, slow flow class suitable for beginners that will run from 10–11 a.m.

Meagan Lass will guide you through class while you take in the beautiful surroundings of the Seahurst Park. Enjoy mindful movement linked to breath with Puget Sound and forest as your view.

Class is 60 minutes and for ages 13+.

Meet at the Environmental Science Center building for check in. Please come a few minutes early to check in and set up.

Bring a mat or beach towel and anything else to be comfortable outside (or reach out to request a mat to borrow).

This program will take place on the grass lawn next to the Marine Tech building at the north end of the park.
