A man was arrested Monday night, Oct. 6 at the Burien Transit Center after deputies found a firearm in his vehicle, according to the Burien Police Department.

Deputies contacted the man for “unlawful transit conduct” and saw a firearm in plain view inside his vehicle.

After a judge granted a search warrant, deputies recovered an un-serialized pistol from the vehicle.

Police said the man is a convicted felon with a prior robbery conviction.

The suspect was booked into King County Jail for unlawful possession of a firearm, police said.

  1. What needs to be shared is where was he parked, was it that unused pick up/drop off lot on the North side of the garage that has turned into a gathering spot for squatters and dealers? Those concrete block seats just attract non riders and the area is totally wasted space,
