The King County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in an assault that occurred during an anti-ICE demonstration in Burien last week.
According to the sheriff’s office, the incident happened on Wednesday, June 10 at the intersection of SW 148th Street and Ambaum Blvd. SW (map below).
Police described the suspect as a white male with short brown hair and facial hair, wearing a purple t-shirt, khaki shorts, and black and brown tennis shoes.
Detectives said an altercation occurred during the demonstration and the suspect allegedly punched the victim several times.

The sheriff’s office released information about the case Wednesday and is seeking tips from anyone who may recognize the suspect or have information about the incident.
