REMINDER: All are invited to come celebrate – and say goodbye to – Highline High School’s Gymnasium this Wednesday, Jan. 31, when the boys’ and girls’ basketball teams host Evergreen High School.
These will be the FINAL games in the gym while the school is still open, and the fun will begin at 5:15 p.m.
As we previously reported, the entire school will undergo major reconstruction from August 2018 through June 2021. During this time, students will attend school for three years at the Olympic Interim site.
The rebuilt Highline High School will open for students in August 2021.
The Booster Club is paying for the first 20 alumni who attend, and the first 50 students to arrive will receive a free t-shirt. Girls’ varsity is at 5:15 p.m. and boys’ varsity is at 7 p.m.
Both teams will be honoring their seniors and the Cheer and Drill teams will be performing at both halftimes.
