This is our fourth in a series of articles in which we highlight the incredible cuisine of SeaTac’s Global Dining District.

Bob’s Burgers and Teriyaki

Bob’s Burgers and Teriyaki is the ultimate stop for soul-satisfying, belly-filling comfort food.

Since 1995, this small, unassuming joint has been serving up the juiciest burgers and most flavorful teriyaki you’ve ever had.

Their generous burger patties are incredibly well-seasoned and masterfully grilled, the tender meat melting in your mouth with a rich punch of flavor.

Their fusion options include a teriyaki burger and Hawaiian burger, as well as classics like their bacon and cheese and mushroom burgers.

The Hawaiian burger is an excellent choice. The delectable burger patty is punctuated by a burst of warm, grilled pineapple, adding a smoky sweetness to the meat, while the mayo, pickle, and fresh tomato even out the flavor palette with softer, more neutral flavors.

Served on a toasted brioche bun with a side of crinkle fries, you won’t find a better burger in all of SeaTac.

The chicken teriyaki plate is a best seller at Bob’s Burgers and Teriyaki, and you’ll understand why as soon as you take your first bite.

Seared, high-quality chicken is tossed in a rich, tangy teriyaki glaze to create the perfect comfort food to soothe body and soul after a long day of travel or sightseeing.

The chicken is served with a pile of sticky rice and your choice of either extra rice or a side salad to round out your meal.

PRO TIP: Order extra teriyaki sauce to get the best ratio of flavors, especially if you opt for extra rice!

Pizza Time

Pizza Time takes the classic pizza pie and creatively fuses it with Indian and Mediterranean flavors to offer new flavor experiences.

Their Mediterranean pizza is loaded with green and black olives, onions, and tomatoes providing a savory, vegetal background to the aromatic blend of beef and lamb peppered on top of the pie.

Toasty crust holds in all together with just the right amount of zesty marinara sauce to balance every bite.

Pizza Time also offers a tandoori pizza, complete with tandoori sauce, paneer, green pepper, onion, black olive, & tomatoes.

If you’re interested in more classic flavors, Pizza Time’s menu includes meat-eaters, Hawaiian, garlic-chicken, BBQ chicken, five cheese, veggie, pepperoni, and a build-your-own option.

Wait times tend to be on the longer side, so plan ahead before you order.

(If you need dinner on a tighter turnaround but still want to explore pizza with a fusion twist, Pizza Station also offers a tandoori and butter chicken pizza. You can read our review of their pies here).

When in doubt, get them both

You don’t need the pressure of one more decision. And you don’t have to choose between the smokey taste of the tandoori you love or the familiar comfort of a good slice of pizza.

Allow the excellence of SeaTac’s fusion restaurants to take the stress of another choice off your plate and replace it with friendly service, mouthwatering food, and a fusion experience you’ll remember long after your plate is clean.
