The City of SeaTac is inviting residents to spend part of Black Friday helping restore North SeaTac Park during a community planting event scheduled for Friday, Nov. 28, 2025, from 10 a.m. to Noon.

According to the city, volunteers of all ages are welcome and are encouraged to bring family members to participate.

The event offers an opportunity to burn off Thanksgiving calories while supporting local green space restoration efforts.

The city will provide tools, gloves and on site training for all participants.
