At approximately 11:50 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2017, the Washington State Patrol (WSP) received a 911 call from a victim that indicated another driver opened fire on their vehicle on SR 509, striking it several times.

The victim – along with their passenger – stated that they were traveling southbound on SR 509 just north of S. 128th in Burien when an older model BMW SUV pulled alongside of them and opened fire, striking their vehicle four to five times. One of the bullets penetrated the driver’s door and grazed the driver’s leg. Two of the rounds that were fired were recovered from inside the vehicle.

  1. WTF is going on in Burien? This is beyond stupid & this jerk needs to get caught & put in jail where he belongs. Almost sounds like the same description as the punk who robbed that guy by Hazel Valley. Maybe? Would like to know what color the bmw was.
