The third annual Burien Community Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, Aug. 8.
This is a FREE, community-wide event that brings neighbors together for a day of bargain hunting and decluttering.
Rather than a single location, participating households throughout Burien will host their own yard sales, with shoppers using an interactive event map to plan their route.
“After taking a break last year, we’re back for our 3rd annual event,” organizers said. “In our second year, we had around 60 hosted yard sales, and we’re hoping to make it even bigger this time, so please help spread the word!”
Everyone is welcome to participate, whether you’re selling, shopping, or just exploring. Spend the day strolling through neighborhoods, finding great deals, and meeting your neighbors.
Shoppers can expect a wide variety of items, including:
