There is always an opportunity to support your country and your flag after have left the service. In a few days Burien will again celebrate the founding of this great country – the 4th of July is rapidly approaching and with it Burien’s traditional – and 100th! – Independence Day Parade.
As usual, the US flag will be leading the parade. This is an opportunity to again show support for your country and be part of carrying the colors.
Any veteran interested and able to walk the parade route behind or carry the flag should call Chuck Rangel at 206-243-3968 to be part of this honor.
